Workstreet is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for managing HR, Operations, and People projects at Workstreet. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing HR projects.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies experience
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS (Rippling) and Google products
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS - Rippling
- Recruit and screen job candidates
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Maintain personnel records and HR information systems
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and concerns
- Manage performance management processes
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a small company
- Worked in a predominately async environment, preferably in Slack
