- Primary Responsibility: Deliver advanced 3rd line support to clients, ensuring the highest level of technical service.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the project team to design and implement cloud-based solutions, particularly focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Support Leadership: Assist the 2nd line Technical Solutions Team by serving as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Incident Management: Resolve incidents efficiently to meet service level agreements, ensuring regular and transparent communication with customers regarding project tasks, incidents, and changes.
- Third-Party Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers to effectively escalate and resolve issues.
- IT Environment Audits: Conduct thorough audits and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customers’ IT environments.
- Technical Advisory: Offer expertise in Change Advisory Board discussions and contribute to Problem Management processes.
- Solution Maintenance: Manage and maintain customer-deployed solutions proactively, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.
- Proactive Ticket Resolution: Address and resolve tickets assigned with a proactive approach.
- Project Involvement: Participate as a project resource when needed, contributing to successful project outcomes.
- Microsoft Technologies: Specialize in the comprehensive design, implementation, and support of Microsoft technologies, with a strong emphasis on MS Office 365 and Azure.
- Virtualization: Install, configure, and maintain VMware environments across all versions.
- Windows Environment: Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows environments (all versions).
- Network Support: Provide network support services, including the setup and management of Layer 3 switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Backup Solutions: Install, configure, and maintain backup solutions for customers.
- Network Infrastructure: Design, implement, and support customer network infrastructure solutions.
- Infrastructure Integrity: Ensure the integrity and availability of client infrastructures through proactive management and maintenance of all deployed solutions.
- System Changes: Execute system change requests for production systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Risk Management: Maintain the IT risk register, identifying and escalating high-level risks as necessary.
- Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity and performance forecasting to maintain contracted service levels.
- DNS Filtering: Configure and manage DNS filtering solutions to enhance network security.
- Endpoint Management: Configure and manage Intune and Autopilot for efficient device management.
- Email Security: Implement and manage email filtering and security solutions, including Mimecast and MailAssure.
