Title: Change Manager
Location: 100% remote

Duration: 12 months - no extensions- could convert/other opps
Compensation:
$40/hr to $44/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Must Haves:
- 3+ years and a bachelor's degree (#1 must have NO FLEX (not even a month))
- Change management or organizational leadership experience

Job Description:
A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to join their team. This team is responsible for a working alongside a federal agency to review the grants application process and create a better user experience. This role will work closely with the UX/UI designer to help create solutions for improving the application process to apply for these federal grants. This person will be responsible for initiating, documenting, and authorizing change processes and strategizing what these changes should be. This person will work along side the UX/UI designer to help create training materials, documents, etc.
