LOCATION:
- South Charlotte areaβ 4 days onsite. (Relocation assistance possible for non-local candidates)
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Lead and manage all facets of email and mobile marketing strategies, including scheduling, briefing, campaign development, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on promotional planning, customer contact strategies, segmentation, and creative content to align with marketing goals.
- Analyze customer and campaign results to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements, sharing findings and suggestions with upper management.
- Manage vendor relationships for email and mobile marketing platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance with CAN-SPAM laws and TCPA.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5-8+ years of experience specializing in email marketing and/or a mix of email and CRM.
- Retail industry experience is required
- Must have experience with data-driven marketing and customer segmentation.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, basic knowledge of SQL, and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Effective problem-solving skills, with a track record of converting data into business and customer insights
