LOCATION:

• South Charlotte area– 4 days onsite. (Relocation assistance possible for non-local candidates)

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Lead and manage all facets of email and mobile marketing strategies, including scheduling, briefing, campaign development, and execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on promotional planning, customer contact strategies, segmentation, and creative content to align with marketing goals.
• Analyze customer and campaign results to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements, sharing findings and suggestions with upper management.
• Manage vendor relationships for email and mobile marketing platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance with CAN-SPAM laws and TCPA.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 5-8+ years of experience specializing in email marketing and/or a mix of email and CRM.
• Retail industry experience is required
• Must have experience with data-driven marketing and customer segmentation.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, basic knowledge of SQL, and Google Analytics is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with a track record of converting data into business and customer insights
