As an SEO Analyst at FullStack, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence by optimizing our digital content and improving our search engine rankings. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to boost organic and paid traffic. You will work closely with the internal marketing team and we need a self-starter who takes initiative in driving SEO efforts.
Responsibilities
- Establish proper setup and ongoing use of Google Analytics, collaborating with internal and external partners, and building and maintaining essential KPI dashboards for continual monitoring.
- Utilize SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.) to track and analyze key performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis, improve on-page content optimization, and monitor the website for issues, collaborating with internal teams.
- Continuously educate yourself on Google Analytics, SEO trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
- Implement, track, and report on paid media campaigns.
- Manage data passed from website forms to HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience; specific experience with search engine optimization and Google Analytics in a B2B digital marketing environment is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Significant experience with Google Analytics implementation and reporting.
- Proven track record as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role, with demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with HubSpot is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest SEO trends and digital marketing best practices.
