Job Description
Our client who is a global leader in the hotel and leisure sector, who is looking to recruit a Brand Manager on 3-month contract. They role will pay up to £500 per day, inside of IR35 and can be performed 100% remotely.
You will deliver brand strategy recommendations and designed marketing plans.
What is expected of the Brand Manager?
- Deliver brand strategy recommendations and designed marketing plans
- Developing branding ideas, review data and insights to analyse and uncover insights from the customer, the competitors, and the industry.
- Utilise excel to create brand strategy documents
- Liaise with external marketing agencies around ‘guest experience’ requirements
- Research and analysis around brand strategy
- Stakeholder management and liaison
- Interpret strategy from the team and work collaboratively
What we look for in a Brand Manager?
- Preferably from a similar background eg hotels/leisure
- Must know what is meant by ‘brand standards’ and ‘guest experience’ as this will be key focus of the role
- Not adverse to doing the day to day, more process drive tasks
- Process orientated, systems focused able to utilise and manage large data/information sets
Systems
- Excel – will use to compare brand strategy for each brand, comparing data sets
- Outlook – general use
