WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Lead and drive the UX and optimization strategy, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms by balancing user needs, business goals, and performance metrics.
  • Define and implement UX metrics and research strategies to guide ongoing improvements and ensure alignment with product and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and other teams to shape the user experience vision, integrating the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Oversee the execution of user-centered design solutions, optimizing interactions across all digital touchpoints and ensuring alignment with technical and platform constraints.


THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with UX design and research, mobile design, and web design within the B2C industry.
  • Understanding of UX flows, UX development and requirements management, and UX best practices.
  • Ability to own the customer journey and develop insights and recommendations to drive growth with a consumer-centric mindset.
  • Skilled in Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio outlining UX expertise and examples is required
