🚀 What You'll Do:
From ensuring our office runs like clockwork to supporting our team members’ relocation journeys, you'll be at the center of it all.
- Employee Support: Provide essential support to our Ukrainian employees relocated to Bratislava.
- Office Coordination: Manage office activities and operations to ensure smooth running.
- Relocation Assistance: Facilitate employment and relocation matters.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain diaries, prepare documents for submission to authorities, manage employee records, manage curating payments for medical insurance, courses, etc., create comprehensive guidelines.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage internal/external meetings and events on various topics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as Bratislava Hub representatives, Finance-legal team for paperwork and on-time payroll, People Business Partners
- HR Automation: Assist People Business Partners with HRM automation on possible flows using HiBob.
- Engagement: Execute people strategies and drive overall engagement within the hub. Support employee development and well-being.
👤 Who You Are:
- Experienced: Proven experience in administrative roles and you seek a change in your career OR in HR/People Operations, where you are comfortable with both navigating through paperwork with local authorities and working on process improvements
- Proactive: Always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Communicative: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel/Google Spreadsheets, presentations, HR software and other tools.
- English Proficient: At least an intermediate level of English. Slovak language would be a big plus
