Head of Performance Marketing
Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing for a product, helps self-employed individuals and small businesses handle client invoicing and accept payments.
Your mission will be to expand existing performance-based channels while conducting numerous experiments in marketing channels using a product-led approach.
Requirements:
- Experience with mobile apps and subscription-based SaaS models is crucial.
- Experience leading performance marketing teams of up to 10 people;
- Hands on approach: being a great individual contributor, not just managing people;
- Redefiner - not just trying to catch a KPI, but making strategic actions;
- B2C-B2B channels excellence:
-Google Ads (Search & UAC) - successful experience with iOS, Android apps and desktop.
-Meta - successful experience with apps;
-SaaS affiliate marketing;
-ASO & SEO;
-Web funnels
- Experience in building a process for performance-based ad production.
- Seeing the whole picture - product, customers, not only acquisition channels.
- Analytical and systematic mindset to manage a diverse range of channels, geographies, and subproducts to reach high-level goals.
