We are on the lookout for a Junior Recruiter to join our team in a Remote working position.
This is a Freelancer (commission-based), long-term (unlimited contract duration), full-time (Monday-Friday), fully Remote mission.
There will be no options of working as an Employee.
Job Description:
- As a Recruiter, you will join a leading and inspiring work environment in the heart of the Human Resources department, where new and enriching discoveries emerge every day.
- You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to recruitment and play a key role in the smooth running of the department.
We need from you to:
- You will actively search for new candidates through the recruitment channel set up by the company.
- You will draft vacancies and post them online on our ATS / Linkedin / other.
- Upon receipt of the applications, you perform an initial screening of the resumes and cover letters; then you forward the selected resumes to those in charge of the various departments.
- You respond to unsuccessful applications.
- You assist in recruitment: you organize meetings between candidates and department heads.
- You prepare candidates for their interview with department heads and give them the necessary information about the company and the position.
- You collect and file interview notes electronically and follow up interviews when candidates are successful or unsuccessful.
- You keep recruitment communications up-to-date and organize and participate in job fairs (Job Days).
- You anticipate company needs by building talent pools that match very specific profiles.
- You confirm the receipt date to candidates and ensure their registration according to our procedure.
Consultant profile:
- You have 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- You have experience of the DIGITTMII recruitment and composing a DIGITTMII CVs.
- You have a good knowledge of any ATS (Application Tracking System) and Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel mainly).
- Knowledge of perfect English is a must.
- You show genuine interest in others, highlighting each candidate's skills and talents.
- You are a good listener and are extremely diplomatic.
- You can adapt to different situations and work well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Dutch/French is an advantage.
- Good seniority and ability to add value to the current way of working.
Must have:
- Installed Microsoft Office on your computer.
- Good Internet (WiFI/LAN/4G/5G) + Webcam + Headset/Headphones.
