Cofco International is looking for a dynamic person to join the Human Resources team as a HR Specialist.
Respon Si Bilities
- Onboarding – receive, train, follow-up and assist new joiners and all involved logistics;
- Manage documentation and respective records;
- Coordinate training plans
- Support and follow-up intercompany transfers / assignments / VISA Process all related activities namely relocation packages (accommodation & transfer of goods);
- Support, whenever it is necessary, admin and operational tasks including system and documentation updates;
- Update job descriptions
- Payroll process
- Performance management process;
- Offboarding process ;
- Compliance with company policies and law requirements;
- Organisational communication;
- Wellbeing & Engagement Plan;
- Participate in events organization.
- HR project management (e.g. Inspiring Benefits, Flex Benefits, etc.)
- University degree in Human Resources or related areas
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within SSC HR
- Experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR (e.g. Success Factors)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Microsoft Excel is the most important one)
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written
- Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
