HR Specialist

Cofco International is looking for a dynamic person to join the Human Resources team as a HR Specialist.

Respon Si Bilities

• Onboarding – receive, train, follow-up and assist new joiners and all involved logistics;
• Manage documentation and respective records;
• Coordinate training plans
• Support and follow-up intercompany transfers / assignments / VISA Process all related activities namely relocation packages (accommodation & transfer of goods);
• Support, whenever it is necessary, admin and operational tasks including system and documentation updates;
• Update job descriptions
• Payroll process
• Performance management process;
• Offboarding process ;
• Compliance with company policies and law requirements;
• Organisational communication;
• Wellbeing & Engagement Plan;
• Participate in events organization.
• HR project management (e.g. Inspiring Benefits, Flex Benefits, etc.)
  
  

What does it take to be successful in this role:

• University degree in Human Resources or related areas
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within SSC HR
• Experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR (e.g. Success Factors)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Microsoft Excel is the most important one)
• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written
• Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
• Team playe r
• Strong customer focus and service minset
