We are currently looking for an IT Technical Support Part Time to join our team!
What will you do?

We are currently looking for an IT Technical Support Part Time to join our team!
What will you do?
- Manage Microsoft Admin Center corporate account. Licensing, account generation, account activation and deactivation, advanced configurations per account
- Remote configuration of new equipment (laptops, desktops, mobiles) with O365, Teams, OneDrive and other tools
- Configuration and administer domains, DNS, GoDaddy accounts, hosting solutions and other cloud providers, SharePoint and related duties
- Provisioning of new O365 accounts to new users with proper documentation, communication and support, ensuring they are 100% operational
- Remote support to users throughout LATAM via Teams, TeamViewer, Microsoft Remote Desktop, WhatsApp, Cellular or other methods
- Follow up and resolution of support tickets in the right time and according to SLA's
- Proactive communication of operating system changes, patches, software versions and others to users and support during changes including documentation and tutorials
- Proactive communication and basic training on tools and improvements to end-users on O365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint and other tools
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar positions
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, operating systems, software, networks, DNS, domains, IP and others
- Excellent end user support experience using Office 365, Teams, Outlook, TeamViewer, OneDrive, Azure, Microsoft Admin Center and other tools
- SharePoint experience
- Experience providing remote support to users in different LATAM countries and during working hours
- Excellent soft skills and communication skills towards Talentus users and employees
- Availability to work as a freelancer 5-6 hours per week and outside working hours only in emergency situations
