Programme Manager
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global social media brand who are looking for a Programme Manager to join their organisation who has strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to spearhead both business and technical improvements to enhance customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and objectives to deliver enterprise grade support
- Collaborate with internal partners to prepare support readiness for product launches
- Prioritize team roadmap and monitor progress against team goals
- Build strong relationships with internal partners to align roadmaps, business goals and project resourcing
- Create narratives from data analysis to identify product and support improvement opportunities
- Communicate process and program changes via change management channels and partner working groups
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining process to enhance the customer experience
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SixSigma etc
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as the Microsoft office suite
- Superior verbal and written communication skills to develop presentations, support resources and trainings
- Exhibit a balance of analytical and interpersonal skills which serves a variety of audiences, both internal and external
- Passion for delivering a world class customer experience with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Contract details:
- Day Rate: £300 - 350 p/d
- Payroll: PAYE
- 25 days paid holiday
- Fully remote contract
- 12-month contract
