Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Are you an experienced SEO specialist with a passion for driving results? Blend Collective is looking for a skilled professional to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis. You'll be working on 1-2 specific projects, providing high-quality SEO services. This role is fully remote and the work will be conducted in English.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Analysis and Strategy Development:

• Conduct thorough technical SEO audits of websites to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization. 
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and other metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and track progress over time.
• Perform keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content creation.

Implementation and Optimization:

• Implement on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, header tags, alt text, and schema markup.
• Optimize website structure, URL architecture, and internal linking for better crawlability and indexation by search engines.

Content and Link Building:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages, blogs, and other content types to enhance search visibility.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks that improve domain authority.

Paid Digital Marketing:

• Integrate SEO strategies with paid search (PPC) campaigns to maximize overall search visibility and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis for PPC campaigns to ensure alignment with organic efforts.
• Plan and execute holistic SEO and SEM campaigns for our solutions.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software to track, report, and analyze website performance.
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an SEO Specialist, with demonstrable results.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and experience with link building.
• Extensive experience with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate data from tools like Google Analytics into strategic insights.
• Proactive attitude and striving for continuous improvement, but above all, you are a real team player.
