Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mobile Game QA Engineer to join our team of game development experts. As a Mobile Game QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of mobile games for one of our clients (mobile games publisher). This is a great opportunity to work on world famous franchises.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of mobile games to identify and report defects, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases, covering various aspects of game functionality, performance, compatibility, and user experience.
• Reproduce reported issues and provide detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
• Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure new features do not introduce new issues.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication regarding testing status and findings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in the mobile gaming industry, with a solid understanding of mobile game development and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in testing mobile games on various platforms (iOS, Android) and familiarity with relevant testing tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and experience in bug reporting and management.
• Having at least an intermediate level of English proficiency is essential for this position
• Experience working with analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar) is a huge plus
