Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement the VIP strategy, ensuring high-rollers choose and remain loyal to the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIPs, collaborating closely with the Customer Service team to provide top-quality service.
- Negotiate VIP deals and offers.
- Organize and coordinate VIP offers and dedicated VIP events.
- Work with the CRM team to define VIP customer journeys.
- Benchmark against competitors' VIP programs and drive key changes to stay competitive.
- Identify potential VIPs early in the customer journey.
- Previous experience in VIP account management within the gambling industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent social skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience working in non-regulated markets.
- Understanding of crypto is essential, including the ability to read the chain to identify potential VIPs.
