About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QC Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support (50%):

You will be a valuable support to the QC Manager, assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to the overall quality assurance process for our mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in manual mobile testing and a passion for quality assurance who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support (50%):
- Assist the QC Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Organize and maintain QC files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate with other teams (development, project management) to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Track and manage project timelines and deadlines for QC activities.
- Prepare presentations and materials for QC meetings and reviews.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding new team members.
- Assist with the procurement and management of QC equipment and resources.
- Execute manual quality assurance tests on mobile applications, following established test plans and procedures.
- Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications under the guidance of the QC Manager.
- Work closely with developers to resolve and retest defects, ensuring high-quality bug fixes.
- Document test procedures, results, and any deviations from quality standards.
- Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in manual software testing (QC) for mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- Experience in conducting types of testing for mobile applications.
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
