Requirements
- Experience working in large game studios and managing teams.
- Proficient in understanding proprietary tools and technology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with modern 3D software packages (Maya, Substance, zBrush, etc.)
- Knowledge of optimising game art assets for game engines and streamlining pipelines and processes.
- Proficiency in C#/Scripting Languages or similar systems.
- Understanding of modern 3D engines and their technology.
- Experience with art/animation pipelines on modern game consoles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current art techniques and development processes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail in individual and team tasks, schedules, and budget constraints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Positive attitude and desire to contribute new ideas to the team.
- Lead a team of Technical Artists.
- Define the team's content goals.
