Job Description

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team with scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS management. This role involves handling candidate personal information and confidential hiring data. A background check is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and hiring teams
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process professionally
• Post and update job listings across multiple platforms and job boards

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
