SEO/SEM Specialist for Major Tourism Project in the Middle East
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO/SEM Specialist to join a large-scale project aimed at boosting tourism in the Middle East. This exciting opportunity involves contributing to the growth and visibility of a major tourism initiative, with full relocation assistance provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value target keywords.
- Optimization: Enhance on-page and off-page elements to improve website ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and copywriters to ensure web content is SEO-friendly and attracts organic traffic.
- Technical SEO: Implement best practices for technical SEO to improve website crawlability and indexability.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and address technical SEO issues that may affect website performance.
- Audits: Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in SEO, SEM, and overall website health.
- SEM Campaign Management: Manage SEM campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate actionable insights to continuously optimize SEO and SEM strategies.
- Documentation: Create and maintain SEO/SEM strategy documents.
- Reporting: Generate monthly performance reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and SEM with a portfolio showcasing successful results.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms (Google Search, etc.) and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM platform tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for content optimization.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns and optimizing ad performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preference for candidates with certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Passion for staying current with the latest trends and best practices in the ever-evolving SEO/SEM landscape.
