Responsibilities:

• Product backlog management;
• Stakeholder collaboration;
• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies;
• Product delivery and improvement;
• Coordination of technology deliverables.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in change management, requirements gathering and roadmap planning;
• Human-centered design techniques, design thinking, customer journey mapping, jobs to be done, focus groups, service blueprinting, persona analysis;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members;
• Proven Experience with Agile Scrum processes;
• Excellent communication skills including high level fluent English;
