Responsibilities:
- Product backlog management;
- Stakeholder collaboration;
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies;
- Product delivery and improvement;
- Coordination of technology deliverables.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in change management, requirements gathering and roadmap planning;
- Human-centered design techniques, design thinking, customer journey mapping, jobs to be done, focus groups, service blueprinting, persona analysis;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members;
- Proven Experience with Agile Scrum processes;
- Excellent communication skills including high level fluent English;
