Job Title: HR Officer
Location: 100% Remote (Philippines)

Salary Range: 40,000 - 60,000 PHP per month

Role Overview:
As an HR Officer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing HR functions across both the Philippines and Australian/New Zealand operations. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, focusing on providing specialized HR advice, managing disputes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting operational efficiency through administrative tasks and system improvements. Here’s an overview of your key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized advice on HR matters in the Philippines.
- Manage HR disputes in the Philippines, including liaison with DOLE to ensure compliance.
- Handle grievances and oversee WHS incidents, playing an active role in OH&S compliance in the Philippines.
- Support Australian/New Zealand operations with administrative HR tasks.
- Assist with improvements and maintenance of our HRIS, ELMO, in Australian/New Zealand operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, case law, and legislative changes.
Geographical Remit:
- Support team members across the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified or relevant experience in a similar role.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Confident in providing HR advice in the Philippines context
- Expertise in the Australian Awards system and knowledge of Australian Employment Law is essential.
- Familiarity with New Zealand's work and leave rules is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging with various stakeholders in the business and clients.
- Skilled in administrative tasks and eager to learn more in the Australian context.
