Job Description
This is a permanent remote position in the Philippines.
We are looking for a seasoned and well-experienced Social Media Manager, preferably with a portfolio (data and growth with accounts handled) and design skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct brand analysis, market research, and competitor study
- Conceptualize, create, and implement social media campaigns to align with the client’s business goals
- Set specific objectives and KPIs and ensure that they are met
- Manage the day-to-day handling of the client’s social media channels (e.g., publishing of posts, updating information, etc.)
- Collaborate with other team members like accounts, design, and content for the campaign creation
- Spearhead in the creation of copies and graphic assets needed for the campaigns
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews, if needed
- Create reports, suggest and implement new strategies based on data and past performance of the campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and apply new trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Will periodically connect with the clients for updates, reports, and presentations or as required by the project manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management.
- Excellent copywriting skills and knowledge of editing tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Must have experience in paid ads/media buying.
- Excellent time management, and multitasking skills and can work under tight deadlines.
- Can work under minimal supervision and perform other tasks from the management.
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Salary Range: 25,000 to 30,000 NET
