Position
Systemiq has been operating for 7 years, and the Netherlands office, established 3 years ago, has grown to over 50 people. We’re ready for the next level of professionalization. As part of the Systemiq global People team, the People Business Partner is pivotal to our growth strategy in the Netherlands. You will support various teams, embody the Systemiq vision, and enhance our employee experience. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the Netherlands, managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Contract issuance for global contractors and Senior advisors & Partners.
- Support performance reviews and development action planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Partner in succession planning and support senior leadership in talent management.
- Lead HR projects and support the implementation of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives.
About You
- Self-starter with the ability to balance hands-on tasks with strategic thinking.
- Experience in fast-growing, international businesses, preferably in startup/scale-up environments or strategy/management consulting.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, resilient, and solution-oriented.
- Proficient in using data-driven techniques to solve people problems and embrace HR technology systems.
Essential Qualifications
- Full proficiency in English and Dutch (written and oral).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a European context.
- Demonstrable knowledge of people analytics
- Intermediate/Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent or higher
