In this role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Create eye-catching 15-60 second videos for all the major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Edit raw video footage, including UGC (User-generated content), incorporating transitions, graphics, and audio elements to produce engaging promotional content.
• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats.
• Learning consumer behavior and exploring effective marketing tactics.
• Continuously brainstorm and pitch new ideas to the Ads Department.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, video editing techniques and seamlessly integrate them into the process.
• Keep an open mind and actively seek out new approaches (AI shortcuts) to engage and captivate customers.
  

Must-haves:

• 2+ year of experience creating and editing social media video ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) in a fast-growing working environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• High sense of ownership, ability to work independently & meet deadlines under time pressure.
• Very good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Portfolio of video ads that showcase your skills.
• Interest in marketing and social media, with a desirable knack for E-commerce.
• Passion for growth, achieving goals, and constant improvement.

What we’ll appreciate:

• Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, After Effects, and other video editing software.
• Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC) and media buying concepts.
• Strong storytelling skills and creative thinking.
• Background in marketing or digital advertising.
