What You will be doing
You as a Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross functionally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our customers. You will own the project plan while managing risks across project’s execution.

- Continuously supporting our customers with technical expertise for a smooth onboarding process
- Making sure we build ever lasting relationships with our customers
- Ensuring we execute on our playbook and reduce the friction to bring our customers live
What You will be doing
You as a Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross functionally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our customers. You will own the project plan while managing risks across project’s execution.
- You will lead the onboarding process for new merchants, maximising for customer happiness as well as speed, by developing and managing project plans, timelines and commitments.
- You will work directly with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Engineering and Business teams as well as external partners to meet Payrails’ customer’s onboarding expectations.
- You will own project execution, managing risks to meet deadlines and achieve project milestones
- You will be the primary point of contact for new merchants during the onboarding process, providing timeline updates and managing challenges proactively
- You will own the Merchant Onboarding Playbook, and iterate it over time with key learnings
- You will centralise documentation and onboarding assets, which will be leveraged by Merchants on their onboarding
You'll be great for this role if
- You have +5 years of experience in a technical project management role, ideally in a complex B2B environment
- You have experience in working with API-first solutions within agile companies
- You have experience working with Jira, Postman, GitHub, Figma
- You have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives with strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while staying very close to details
- You are able to communicate complex problems in a simple and relevant manner at all levels
- Experience in payments is highly desirable
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- You can truly create your own path by taking responsibility and implementing your own ideas
