We're looking for a talented Conversation Designer to join our team and help shape how the world talks to AI.
About the Role
As a Conversation Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design of conversational experiences across voice and chat channels from initial concept through to production and ongoing optimisation. You'll sit at the intersection of language, UX, and AI, crafting conversations that feel natural, achieve user goals efficiently, and deliver real business outcomes.
You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and customer-facing teams, playing a hands on role in client engagements and feeding real-world insights back into our product and R&D roadmap.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who blends strong conversational AI foundations with creativity, analytical thinking, and a genuine curiosity for technology.
Must Haves:

- 3+ years of experience in Conversation Design
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of conversational AI principles
- Knowledge of UX Design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Creative problem-solver comfortable working with ambiguity
Nice to Haves:
- Prompt design experience for LLMs
- Voice design experience
- Background in linguistics or cognitive psychology
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Contact Centre industry experience
