We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a n HRBP Director . This will be a fully remote, 7 -month contract role .

This is a hands-on , high-impact role designed for someone who loves being at the heart of product strategy and innovation, thrives in product development environments, and energized by the opportunity to apply OE/OD practices and tools to ensure business success. This role joins a broader HR team that supports Product, Engineering, and R&D.

You’ll shape the future of the organization’s Product Management by crafting and delivering on a bold talent strategy that elevate capabilities, evolve how teams collaborate, and strengthen organizations built to create world-class CPaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Spotting opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery efforts

• Partnering with executive clients to create durable, pro-active talent strategies
• Designing and deploying high-impact talent programs
• Partnering with HR CoEs to ensure your clients extract max value from enterprise programs

Qualifications

• 14+ years of HRBP experience required
• Deep knowledge of product development orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 70.99 to $ 75.99 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience . This rate is subject to change.
