Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor). As a Recruiting Coordinator at our company, you will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs. You will support recruiting activities for all our locations including Pakistan, United States, Costa Rica and Philippines.

Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor). As a Recruiting Coordinator at our company, you will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs. You will support recruiting activities for all our locations including Pakistan, United States, Costa Rica and Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets and applicant tracking system
- Source candidates through various global and recruiting websites and use multi-channel approach to recruit
- Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
- Perform preliminary screening of resumes and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct phone screening of candidates.
- Conduct behavioral, cognitive and technical assessments of all candidates
- Communicate with hiring managers to gather more information about open positions
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers or interviewing panel
- Coordinate and communicate with recruiting agencies globally on day-to-day basis
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations while posting job requisitions
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for management team to review
- Support pre-boarding process of new candidates like reference checks, background checks etc.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the HR recruiting.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in technical recruiting in the field of IT.
- A working knowledge of systems like Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIN, Indeed etc.
- System (HRIS) and other HR software – experience in Paycor, ADP, Greenhouse etc. is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana is a plus but not required.
- Strong understand in the Microsoft Office Suite including Mircrosoft Sharepoint, Forms, MS Teams etc.
- Must possess strong administrative skills.
- Must be fluent in English with familiarity with American English accent.
