Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Integration Engineer to join our London-based team. You will play a pivotal role in integrating AI technologies into our core systems, automating workflows, and optimizing business processes across property development, management, and operations. This hands-on role requires collaboration with IT, finance, operations, and project teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for AI-driven innovation in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current systems including but not limited to CRM, ERP, property management software, and identify AI integration opportunities to streamline processes such as tenant placements, project timelines, compliance reporting, cash flow forecasting, and procurement audits.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions e.g. machine learning models, automation scripts, chatbots/AI Agent to enhance efficiency in areas like predictive maintenance for properties, Data scraping, automated variance analysis in budgets, or AI-assisted council relationship management.
• Integrate AI tools with existing platforms via APIs, cloud services like AWS/Azure, or low-code tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and conduct testing/user training for seamless adoption.
• Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate based on metrics like process time reduction, cost savings, or error rates.
• Ensure all integrations comply with data protection regulations e.g. GDPR, Financial Conduct Authority and industry standards for security and ethics.
• Document processes, provide knowledge transfer to internal teams, and recommend scalable AI strategies for long-term business growth.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI integration, software development, or automation engineering, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management sectors.
• Proficiency in programming languages and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration tools.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, and automation (e.g., RPA tools like UiPath).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including sales, ERP.
• Experience in predictive analytics for financial forecasting, risk assessment, or operational optimization.

• Background in the UK housing sector, or council procurement processes.
