Job Description

Our client, a large-scale fintech platform formed through the merger of two established financial technology businesses, is undertaking a significant digital transformation programme. They are now looking for an Engineering VP for Digital Transformation to drive the technical execution of this agenda, owning integration, automation, and platform enablement across the organisation.

  • Experience leading technical delivery for internal systems, integrations, or change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of building and connecting modern services and platforms, including APIs and asynchronous systems
  • Hands-on experience developing and operating production software (Node.js or similar)
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, ideally within AWS-based environments

  • Experience supporting system consolidation or post-merger technology change

Benefits

  • Fully Remote working model with London based HQ
  • High-impact role with visibility across senior technology and business leadership
  • Opportunity to shape the technical foundations of a major digital transformation programme
  • Collaborative culture that values ownership, pragmatism, and engineering excellence
