Job Description


For our portfolio project, an AI-native legal firm we're looking for a superstar. We're at the very beginning, which means there's no playbook, no legacy processes, and no "we've always done it this way." There's just a massive opportunity and a founding team ready to move fast.

We're looking for someone to own marketing and client acquisition from day one, not execute someone else's strategy, but define and build it from scratch.


The Role

You'll join as Head of Marketing and a core member of the founding team, with a clear path to CMO as the company scales. This is a zero-to-one role: you'll be responsible for building our go-to-market engine, acquiring our first clients, and shaping how the market sees us.

There is no marketing team yet. You are the marketing team. You'll have the autonomy to decide what channels, tactics, and strategies matter most -- and the responsibility that comes with it.

What you'll take on:

* Design and execute our go-to-market strategy for the Brazilian legal market, leveraging a deep understanding of how Brazilian SMEs buy, evaluate, and adopt tech and legal services

* Build client acquisition from the ground up - from positioning and messaging to pipeline and conversion

* Own the full marketing scope: brand, content, digital, partnerships, events, outbound, whatever moves the needle

* Navigate the specifics of the Brazilian market: regional differences, buyer behavior, regulatory nuances, competitive landscape, and the channels that actually work here

* Work closely with the founders to align product, sales, and marketing as one growth engine

* Identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities in a resource-constrained environment

* Build the marketing function and, eventually, the team around it

Who We're Looking For

* Based in Brazil, with deep, hands-on knowledge of the Brazilian business landscape

* At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in tech companies or startups

* A true generalist: comfortable across brand, digital, content, paid, partnerships, and growth

* Strong experience selling SaaS or digital products in general to small and medium enterprises

* Experience in LegalTech or adjacent verticals is a serious advantage

* Track record of real, measurable achievements

* Well-connected in the Brazilian tech/startup ecosystem

* Fluent in English (our team operates bilingually)

* Passionate about AI (!!!)
