As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for a high-performing B2B SaaS business. You will own paid acquisition, content marketing, SEO, and lifecycle campaigns, while leveraging analytics and AI tools to optimize performance. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will shape messaging, campaigns, and feature launches to resonate with target audiences. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, results-focused environment. Your work will directly impact user growth, trial-to-paid conversion, and overall market presence.
Accountabilities
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other paid channels to drive qualified leads and sign-ups.
- Develop high-converting content including blog posts, case studies, email sequences, and landing pages.
- Create onboarding and lifecycle sequences to improve trial-to-paid conversion rates.
- Implement analytics infrastructure (e.g., GA4) to track key performance metrics and inform optimization decisions.
- Collaborate with design, development, and agency teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Partner with integration teams to design co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and impact.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns and messaging based on performance data and insights.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition and growth strategies.
- Hands-on analytics experience, including GA4 setup, CAC/LTV tracking, and A/B testing.
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, blogs, and landing pages.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to craft messaging for U.S. audiences.
- Self-sufficient and results-driven, capable of executing campaigns with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate content creation and campaign optimization.
- Bonus: experience in SEO, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, B2B SaaS, subscription products, or property management/real estate industries.
