IT Support Specialist (Fully Remote – UK | Part-Time | Immediate Interviews)

Location: 100% Remote – United Kingdom

Pay Rate: £15.00 – £21.00 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Part-time (15–25 hours per week – flexible scheduling available)

One of our clients is expanding their remote IT team and is looking for multiple Part-Time IT Support Specialists to provide day-to-day technical support to a growing remote workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide remote 1st / 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows / Mac devices, Microsoft 365, email, and business apps
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and remote access
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
  • Log tickets accurately and keep users updated
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
  • Help maintain secure and reliable remote systems
