What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide remote 1st / 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues
- Support Windows / Mac devices, Microsoft 365, email, and business apps
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and remote access
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
- Log tickets accurately and keep users updated
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
- Help maintain secure and reliable remote systems
