This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Omnichannel and Digital Marketing in United States.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on digital marketing leader who thrives in building capabilities from the ground up. You will design and execute an integrated omnichannel strategy for healthcare professionals and patients, overseeing digital platforms, content, media, and analytics. The position requires leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning digital channels with commercial launch objectives, and ensuring measurable outcomes across campaigns. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless customer journeys, leveraging data and insights to optimize engagement, and fostering innovation in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This is an opportunity to shape the digital ecosystem for a first-of-its-kind product launch while driving impactful business results. Strong leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of omnichannel execution are key to success in this role.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the overall digital and omnichannel strategy, aligning with brand and launch goals.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage key digital platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS, and digital asset management systems.
  • Lead owned, earned, and paid digital channels, ensuring integration, optimization, and consistent brand experience.
  • Build and oversee media planning, audience targeting, personalization strategies, and content creation for HCP and patient engagement.
  • Map and orchestrate end-to-end customer journeys, integrating digital touchpoints with field activities and support services.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks to drive insights, ROI, and continuous optimization.
  • Manage vendors and agency partners, embedding digital best practices across the commercial organization.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines, privacy regulations, and internal digital governance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotech.
  • Proven experience leading commercial product launches in a digital capacity.
  • Deep expertise with omnichannel marketing platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of HCP and patient marketing in regulated industries, including FDA promotional requirements and HIPAA compliance.
  • Experience building digital capabilities from the ground up in lean organizations.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement.
  • Preferred: experience with AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, generative AI applications, consent management platforms, and patient/HCP engagement programs.
