Embedded within a progressive Finance Department, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director – Acute Care Finance will support clinical centers of excellence, including a designated Stroke Center, a Cardiac Center known for complex cardiovascular care, and a high-performing Orthopedics program. The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director – Acute Care Finance will strengthen revenue integrity across service lines, optimize charge capture, partner on documentation improvement, and align reimbursement strategy with clinical throughput, case mix, and value-based performance in a dynamic, outcomes-driven environment.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director – Acute Care Finance will lead Patient Access, Health Information Management, Coding, Clinical Documentation Integrity, and Patient Financial Services while collaborating closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, physician leaders, case management, care coordination, and service line executives. Supported by experienced managers, friendly nurses, and a diverse healthcare professional team, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director – Acute Care Finance will own end-to-end revenue cycle performance, payer relations and contract compliance, denials prevention and appeals, price transparency, digital front door strategy, and data-informed forecasting that fuels sustainable growth and exceptional patient satisfaction.
