Job Description


About the Opportunity:

The organization is a leading oracle platform that integrates capital markets onchain and supports decentralized finance (DeFi). It provides essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards for advanced blockchain applications including institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, and stablecoins. The platform secures the majority of DeFi transactions and is adopted by major financial institutions and top protocols. The Director, People Technology and Data will lead the vision, strategy, implementation, and management of the People technology ecosystem and data analytics to enhance employee experience, HR operations, and data-driven business decisions.


Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for People Technology and Data aligned with HR and business strategy

• Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve the employee lifecycle and HR service delivery

• Oversee implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of core People systems (HCM, ATS, LMS, Compensation, Performance Management)

• Develop People Data analytics, including dashboards, reports, and predictive models on workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, and performance

• Collaborate with business leaders to address workforce challenges through data-driven analysis and reporting


Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of progressive HR Technology experience with 3 to 5 years in senior leadership

• Extensive experience managing HR technology systems (e.g., Workday, Ashby), including full lifecycle implementation and post-go-live optimization

• Proven experience building and managing People Data strategy, reporting, analytics, and data governance

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to mentor technical talent

• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to translate technical concepts for executive audiences

• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, vendors, and budgets effectively
