Lead Product Designer (Commercial, Enterprise and Platform Teams)
Multiple Openings across lead, senior, and mid level
Location: 100% Remote
Reports To: Design Director
Compensation: $110 - $125/hr DOE
Duration: Contract, 12+ months, 40 hrs per week

Our client, a global leader at the intersection of health and science, is investing deeply in design as a strategic capability. They are expanding multiple design teams across Commercial, Enterprise, and Platform spaces and are seeking mid, senior and lead level product designers who can operate with both craft and influence.

What You Will Do
Design & Strategy Leadership
- Lead end-to-end design across complex, enterprise-scale problem spaces
- Turn ambiguity into clear experience strategy and measurable outcomes
- Balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align design direction with organizational priorities
People Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop other product designers
- Set quality standards, lead critiques, and drive accountability
- Foster a structured, high-performing design culture suited for enterprise environments
Design Craft & Systems
- Deliver high-quality UX and visual design across web and platform experiences
- Guide scalable patterns, components, and accessibility standards
- Ensure consistency across complex product ecosystems

What You Bring
- 10+ years of product design experience, including enterprise or regulated environments
- Formal experience managing and developing a team of 3–10 designers
- Experience operating beyond the Senior Designer level (Design Manager, Lead, or equivalent)
- Strong UX and visual design fundamentals with systems thinking expertise
- Fluency in Figma and scalable design workflows
- A portfolio demonstrating strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, and measurable impact
