Pay Range: $54.00 – $61.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)
Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term opportunity

This role blends advanced SQL development, CDP integration, workflow orchestration, and production data troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in customer data platforms, advanced SQL engineering, Python automation, and cloud data environments, along with experience supporting production data pipelines and customer data privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Development
- Analyze customer data, event streams, and large-scale datasets to generate insights
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries across Presto, Hive, and NoSQL environments
- Use Python for data processing, automation, API integrations, and workflow support
- Perform exploratory data analysis and anomaly detection
- Document data processes, business rules, and workflows

CDP & Pipeline Operations
- Support CDP workflow orchestration (Digdag, TD Workflows, or similar tools)
- Monitor and enhance data quality frameworks and observability pipelines
- Maintain CI/CD and Git-based version control for data code and documentation
- Support end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to activation
Troubleshooting & Production Support
- Diagnose data pipeline failures and workflow issues
- Perform root cause analysis using logs and monitoring tools
- Support production job monitoring, data validation, and output verification
- Implement fixes and reliability improvements
Data Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, PII handling)
- Support identity resolution, schema design, and profile unification

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years combined experience in data analysis, data engineering, or data operations
- Advanced SQL development and query optimization (Presto, Hive, NoSQL environments)
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms and CRM data integrations
- Strong Python experience for data automation and APIs
- Cloud data platform familiarity (AWS preferred)
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Digdag, TD Workflows, or similar)
- Experience supporting production data environments
- Experience with data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Treasure Data CDP or similar platforms (Informatica, Adobe, Salesforce CDP, Tealium, mParticle)
- Experience with data modeling, identity resolution, and profile unification
- Experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows
- Strong privacy and compliance experience (GDPR, CCPA, PII handling)
- 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
- Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
