As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support both core marketing initiatives and strategic partner marketing programs.


Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and maintaining Kasm Technologies’ marketing initiatives across digital channels and partner ecosystems. This position is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented marketer who enjoys hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.


This role will focus on internal marketing execution—such as website content updates, social posting, and CRM tracking—as well as partner and alliance marketing activities, including joint collateral and co-marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing to bring internal marketing initiatives from concept through execution.


Key Responsibilities

Internal & Digital Marketing Execution

  • Maintain and update website content, including website pages, product pages, and partner pages
  • Work with the website, design, and development teams to move content through review, design, and development workflows to ensure timely publication
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to support content and website updates
  • Coordinate and create marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, and customer success stories
  • Support content publishing workflows, including editing, formatting, and basic SEO best practices
  • Create and assign marketing visuals, one-pagers, presentations, and social assets through the design team
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels


Social Media & Channel Support

  • Post and manage content across Kasm Technologies’ social media channels
  • Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms


CRM, Campaign & Tool Support

  • Work within HubSpot as the primary CRM and marketing platform
  • Support asset organization and basic reporting within HubSpot


Partner & Alliance Marketing

  • Develop and manage partner marketing collateral, including:
  • Joint solution one-pagers
  • Co-authored blog posts
  • Pitch decks and sales enablement materials
  • Press releases and partner announcements
  • Partner website and integration pages
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with integration and alliance partners
  • Support planning and execution of joint events such as webinars, conferences, and virtual events
  • Act as a marketing point of contact for partners, ensuring timely delivery of co-marketing assets


Collaboration & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, design, and web teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Track and organize marketing assets and documentation
  • Support the Director of Marketing with campaign execution and operational tasks


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role (B2B or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing or creating content for websites, blogs, and marketing collateral
  • Experience working in HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and posting workflows
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
