Salary: up to £120k tax-free + relocation package

Location: Dubai (this role is based in Dubai)

We’re hiring a Head of Brand for a high-growth global performance wear business with a cult following and serious ambition. This role is for a true brand builder with a scale-up mindset. Someone who thrives in momentum, sets the creative bar, and knows how to turn community and culture into global desirability.

You will be a front-foot brand ambassador and the guardian of brand identity. You’ll bring storytelling to life across every channel and leadi the in house creative, social media and community/events teams. You will partner with the wider leadership team to deliver the global growth strategy.

The opportunity

As the business scales across international markets and deepens its omni-channel presence, we need a Head of Brand who can elevate desirability, build cultural relevance, and create a consistent premium feel across every touchpoint while ensuring the brand lands locally with nuance.

What you’ll lead and own

Brand strategy and multi-market expansion

  • Own and evolve global brand positioning so it remains premium, high-performance and culturally relevant
  • Build a multi-market brand framework that enables localisation without diluting identity
  • Adapt brand and communication strategies across key regions including the Middle East and Europe
  • Define and protect brand voice, identity and values across channels and markets

Campaigns and creative direction

  • Oversee end-to-end 360 brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and loyalty
  • Set the creative vision and raise the quality bar across all brand output
  • Lead briefing and translate strategy into concepts, launches and storytelling
  • Partner closely with performance marketing and leadership to ensure creative is inspiring and effective
  • Innovate in brand storytelling through founder-led narratives, community stories and standout moments

Social-first content engine

  • Define and execute a high-impact social strategy across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Build short-form and long-form formats, narrative series, creator-led distribution and strong community interaction
  • Use data and insight to optimise performance while protecting brand integrity and taste
  • Ensure social feels like culture, not just content

Community, events and influencer strategy

  • Build community as a strategic growth lever across loyalty, retention and advocacy
  • Lead event strategy and activations that create memorable brand experiences
  • Develop a structured influencer and athlete strategy aligned to objectives and market nuance
  • Identify and onboard creators, athletes and cultural connectors that increase desirability

Budget, measurement and brand performance

  • Own brand-building budgets with clear ROI discipline
  • Define brand KPIs, measure brand equity growth and report impact clearly
  • Use insight to make smarter investment decisions and refine approach continuously

Brand ambassador leadership

  • Be the face and voice of the brand across key moments, partnerships, events and internal alignment
  • Inspire teams to build with intent, pace and pride, creating a shared standard for brand excellence
  • Champion customer insight, ensuring the brand stays deeply connected to the athlete and fitness community

Who this is for

  • Experience leading brand, marketing and strategic brand building, ideally in fashion, athleisure, lifestyle or consumer
  • A proven scale-up operator who has built brand in fast-growth environments and knows how to lead through change
  • Strong leadership experience across creative, social, community, influencer and events
  • Social-first and platform native with a sharp understanding of formats, trends and creator ecosystems
  • A storyteller with exceptional taste, a clear creative point of view, and the confidence to hold the line on quality
  • Commercially strong and credible partnering with senior leadership to deliver growth strategy
  • Passionate about fitness and able to articulate the customer mindset
