Job Description


Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role supports a global support organization by improving how feedback, content, and operational insights flow across tools and teams. You’ll work at the intersection of data, process, and stakeholder collaboration, helping ensure internal support systems run more effectively at scale. It’s a strong opportunity for an analytically minded professional who enjoys turning information into action and driving clarity in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on operational data using Power BI and Excel to surface trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Review, categorize, and route user feedback to appropriate owners while tracking progress through resolution
  • Partner with stakeholders to maintain and improve knowledge content, documentation, and knowledge management processes
  • Present findings, status updates, and insights to stakeholders and leadership to support decision-making

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and building reports or dashboards in Power BI
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a professional environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with data and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with multiple cross-functional partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track follow-ups, and meet deadlines independently
  • Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Fully Remote Domestic US Sourcing, candidates can work any time zone, but they will need to attend infrequent meetings with teams in India and Europe.
