Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and optimize Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Charge Management Systems for advanced battery solutions. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-impact company driving innovation in energy storage for defense and commercial drone applications.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Charge Management Systems for high-performance battery solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS into new and existing products.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Develop embedded systems solutions to support battery performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in battery technology to drive continuous improvement.


  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to Department of Defense requirements and eligibility for security clearance.
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on Battery Management Systems, Charge Management Systems, or embedded systems.
  • New graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply! Coursework, projects, or internships in embedded systems, circuit design, or battery technologies are a plus. Passionate, self-driven candidates with a willingness to learn will thrive in this role.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems design and development (experience with C/C++, MATLAB, or Altium Designer is a plus).
  • Familiarity with circuit design, PCB layout, and microcontroller programming
  • Knowledge of battery technologies and energy storage systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Pocatello, Idaho (relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates).
