The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and optimize Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Charge Management Systems for advanced battery solutions. - Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Charge Management Systems for high-performance battery solutions.

- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
- Develop embedded systems solutions to support battery performance and efficiency.

- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to Department of Defense requirements and eligibility for security clearance.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on Battery Management Systems, Charge Management Systems, or embedded systems.
- New graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply! Coursework, projects, or internships in embedded systems, circuit design, or battery technologies are a plus. Passionate, self-driven candidates with a willingness to learn will thrive in this role.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems design and development (experience with C/C++, MATLAB, or Altium Designer is a plus).
- Familiarity with circuit design, PCB layout, and microcontroller programming
- Knowledge of battery technologies and energy storage systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Pocatello, Idaho (relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
