Job Description


Remote Recruiter - Operations & Skilled Trades
Location: 100% remote
Pay Range: $30-$33/hr.
6-8 month assingment, potential to go long term

The Recruiter will support high volume hiring needs for the Huntington Beach location, managing a fast paced requisition load of 17-20 roles at a time. This position is heavily operations focused and requires hands on experience recruiting for machinists, skilled trades, and other technical roles. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, attend weekly board meetings to review open positions, and ensure consistent communication and alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage 17-20 active requisitions simultaneously in a fast paced, high volume environment
* Recruit for machinists and skilled trade positions; must have prior experience sourcing and screening for these role types
* Support operations hiring needs specifically for the Huntington Beach location
* Attend weekly board meetings to review job status, priorities, and hiring progress
* Maintain strong communication with hiring managers to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely feedback
* Utilize ADP ATS (with potential transition to Greenhouse) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
* Ensure high attention to detail across job postings, candidate documentation, and hiring workflows

Qualifications
* AA degree required
* Experience recruiting for skilled trades and technical roles is required
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* ATS experience (ADP preferred; Greenhouse a plus)
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
