Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, "builder-first" AI Solution Architect to join the AI Center of Excellence. This isn't a role for someone who just writes strategy decks; we need someone who can work with business stakeholders to define requirements and then build functional, agentic prototypes.

You will focus on Identity AI Solutions, creating autonomous agents that can reason, use tools, and execute multi-step identity and security workflows. You’ll be working within a high-growth team where your demos will serve as the blueprint for production-grade engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Design: Architect end-to-end solutions where AI agents use reasoning to solve complex identity problems (e.g., automated onboarding, fraud investigation, or credential verification).

• Consultative Prototyping: Partner with business leaders to identify "agent-ready" use cases and build rapid, working PoCs that prove the value of the tech.
• Model Integration: Design architectures that leverage top-tier models (Claude, ChatGPT/GPT-4o) and enterprise platforms like AWS Bedrock.
• Bridge to Engineering: Deliver "rough-but-working" code and architectural designs to engineering teams for final production hardening.

What We’re Looking For

• The Foundation: Strong background in Data & AI Architecture. You should be comfortable moving from a whiteboard to a code editor.
• The Agentic Edge: You understand how to build Autonomous Agents that use tools (APIs) and memory to complete tasks. Since this is a new field, we highly value personal projects, GitHub repos, or "side-hustle" experiments involving agentic workflows.
• Energy & Communication: You need to be able to "knock off" demos quickly and present them to stakeholders with clarity and excitement.
• Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock) and/or Google Cloud environments.

Targeted Technical Exposure

• Foundational Models: Advanced prompting and integration with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Agent Frameworks: Hands-on interest in LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
• Orchestration: Experience with Function Calling, tool-use integration, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for agent memory.
• Development: Python-heavy environment; ability to build quick front-end demos (e.g., Streamlit) is a major plus.
