This is a key role in our creative process.

- 8+ years of experience in branding, digital, and campaigns
- International experience (clients or teams)
- Strong sense of visual direction and brand systems
- Able to guide designers and make final visual decisions
- Comfortable working across industries (healthcare, automotive, industrial, IT, services)
- Professionally up to date — curious, sharp, not stuck in old ways
