Job Description
The HR Advisor at Tahaluf plays a key role in delivering high‑quality human resources services across the organization. The role ensures that colleagues and managers receive accurate guidance aligned with Saudi labour law, internal HR policies, and government regulatory requirements. The HR Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, support HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Promote a workplace guided by company values, ensuring fairness and consistency in managing employee relationships.
- Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations issues, facilitating effective resolutions to concerns.
- Work within disciplinary and legislative frameworks to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Guide managers and colleagues on HR policies to ensure consistent implementation.
- Support the performance management process by equipping managers with effective tools and strategies.
- Address work-related or personal concerns raised by colleagues and escalate issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
- Utilize effective communication strategies, such as newsletters and intranet updates, to keep employees informed.
HR Operations:
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with government platforms (MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem).
- Respond to and resolve day-to-day HR queries from managers and colleagues.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in Saudi labor regulations.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, including guiding employees through end-of-service procedures, conducting exit interviews, and preparing related documentation.
- Manage HR programs and projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Administration & Reporting:
- Ensure employment contracts are current, accurate, and compliant with local labor laws.
- Prepare documentation to support the offboarding process and other HR activities.
- Generate HR reports, including headcount, recruitment, absence, and organizational charts, to support decision-making.
- Complete administrative tasks, including data entry into the SAP HR system.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor laws and government regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills through professional development activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English and Arabic to both individuals and groups
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Significant experience working within a busy HR team
- Proven track record of talent acquisition/recruitment activities
- Able to prioritise work tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive
- Interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Negotiation skills
