About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in experience strategy, design systems, and user-centered thinking. This role is pivotal in shaping the overall user experience of our digital products, going beyond visual aesthetics to influence how users interact with our solutions. Responsibilities

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Cypher Concierge, your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end design strategies from concept through to final implementation. You will translate complex business requirements into user-centric design solutions, creating user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups. Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and scalability will be a key part of your role. Conducting usability testing, analyzing insights, and iterating designs based on data-driven feedback are critical to delivering optimal user experiences. Collaborating closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and applying best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability are integral to your daily tasks. Additionally, you will review existing products, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to elevate overall user satisfaction.
