About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst specializing in HR Analytics to join our Finance team. This role plays a vital part in supporting workforce planning, compensation analysis, and data-backed decision-making as the company scales. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Operations to analyze large datasets, improve reporting processes, and generate actionable insights. You will be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy, enhancing transparency, and enabling strategic decisions related to our global workforce. Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related analytical role such as FP&A, HR analytics, or accounting analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, including headcount, compensation structures, benefits, and attrition rates.
- Solid knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll, accruals, and expense recognition.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and performing structured data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to non-financial stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
