What you'll be working on:

🧑🏻‍🎨 Together with our Head of Creative, you'll be executing the creative/content strategy and overseeing production of image, video and UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube to help achieve maximum ROI for our clients and the agency.

🎬 Fully understand client goals, their offer and target audience, add your strategic flair, and manage a team of graphic designers and video editors to bring your vision to life.

📱 You'll be scrolling through ad libraries, keeping up-to-date with TikTok/Reels trends, and exploring our extensive library of creative resources. Your mission? Uncover the secrets that make our ads stop the scroll and drive conversions.

👥 You will craft direct-response ad copy, headlines and UGC scripts that hit pain points, dreams and desires, and create hooks and CTAs that engage people and compel them to take action.

🔗 You'll source and manage UGC creators to develop and execute your ideas into attention-grabbing UGC ads that align with client goals and brand identity, and ensure top performance.

📃 You'll develop and roll out standardised creative brief templates, static ad templates, UGC recipes and more, to speed up your and our editors' workflow and increase client satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

📂 You have min. 3-4 years experience as a Creative Strategist in Online Advertising (Meta & TikTok ads) OR as a copywriter or social media manager at an advertising/marketing/creative agency.

📝 You have proven conversion copywriting, proofing and storytelling skills.

🎨 You'll be our trend scout when it comes to all things social and make sure that LURN MEDIA stays ahead of the game.

🏆 You have experience rocking customer acquisition goals (think CTR, CPL & CPA) via creative social media. Bonus points if you've got hands-on image/video ad design skills for direct response campaigns.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 You have experience coordinating a (creative) team and communicating with multiple clients at once.

👀 You have exceptional attention to detail. Naturally you triple-check everything across every aspect of crafting and executing ideas.

💪 You're not married to your ideas and open to criticism and to grow & learn together.

💌 You're an excellent communicator. Overcommunication is a core value of ours.

🇬🇧 Must be native-level in English, both written and spoken.

⏰ You are located in the Central European Time zone +- 2 hours.

This role requires a good balance between creativity, strategy, communication and leadership.
